Leary and his wife Anna, of 35 years, enjoy spending time together with their four adult children. They also enjoy taking a spin the dance floor to show off their waltzing moves. Jack is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Transformed Leader, a value-driven coaching and consulting firm that serves as a catalyst for leadership, team, and organizational development. He is married to his wife Melissa for 36 years along with three adult children and two grandchildren. They currently live on a 15-acre homestead in the beautiful countryside of Franklin, Tennessee.
