For the past 20 years Leary has helped technology start-ups and Fortune 100 companies alike create greater clarity about their business leading them to discover new opportunities for their products and services. Leary currently serves on the board of directors of Innovance, a manufacturing holding company, Vocabra, a technology firm, and several non-profit organizations.
Leary and his wife Anna, of 35 years, enjoy spending time together with their four adult children. They also enjoy taking a spin the dance floor to show off their waltzing moves. During the warmer months of Minnesota, you’ll find Leary adventuring down new roads on his beloved road bike, taking time to get away and experience margin in his life.
Having spent his entire career in leadership and organizational development, he has consulted with entrepreneurial and mid-size businesses as well as non-profit organizations to build emotionally intelligent leadership teams and culturally sound workplaces. He specializes in equipping executives in the core competencies of effective leadership including leading constructive change, transforming organizational conflict, building relationships of trust and releasing creativity and innovation.
He has three Master’s degrees in Human and Organizational Systems, Counseling and Theology and has a life-long professional interest in how deep change and transformation occurs for individuals, teams and organizations. He has been married for 25 years, has three adult children and enjoys living in Nashville, TN.
